Our Story
Started at summer camp when we were just kids....
We met at Spring Creek Elementary School in Bonita Springs, Florida, spent summers together at camp, and later became high school sweethearts at Estero High. Life took us in different directions as Brian left to play college football, but 12 years later, fate brought us back together. Both recently separated and raising children of our own, our journey began again.
With a blended family of six, home has always meant more than just four walls. It’s where chaos meets comfort, and where everyday memories are made. That shared belief became the foundation for Nicoletta + Co., a boutique-style remodeling and design company born from our desire to help others create meaningful, functional, and beautiful living spaces. Since launching, we’ve been honored to work with families across Southwest Florida—helping them renovate, reimagine, and fall back in love with their homes. Our approach is deeply personal. We listen, collaborate, and bring every detail to life with care, craftsmanship, and heart.
Over the past three years, Nicoletta + Co. has grown quickly. We’ve expanded our team, taken on full-scale renovation projects, and in Winter 2025, proudly opened our Studio Showroom, a space that blends inspiration and functionality. The showroom features a curated mix of finish samples, furnishings, cabinetry, and design elements to help our clients experience the possibilities in real time. Our work is rooted in storytelling, family, and timeless design—and now, we’ve extended that passion into a new venture: Earth + Aria
Earth + Aria by Nicoletta is a natural evolution of our brand. This home décor line reflects our love for organic materials, layered textures, and calming palettes. From hand-poured soy candles to Turkish cotton textiles and everyday essentials, every item is carefully selected to bring beauty and mindfulness into your home. Designed to complement the interiors we create, this collection adds warmth, comfort, and intention to the spaces you love most.

Nicole and Brian are a dynamic duo that have built a beautiful company where the home design and builder are under one roof. They work directly with clients to design and build beautiful spaces, and ensure that the vision and quality of the project are maintained throughout the process.

Nicole Fitzgerald
Nicole Fitzgerald is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Nicoletta + Co., where she brings her passion for design and fashion to life.
Born in Naples and raised in Bonita Springs, Florida, Nicole graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. While raising her four daughters, Nicole worked part-time as an Administrator for a luxury custom home builder in Naples. FL.
With a lifelong love for design and fashion, her career in construction transformed into becoming a design & project manager for a high-end remodeling company in Southwest Florida. Nicole is the CEO, Design specialist, and project manager of Nicoletta + Co. She enjoys intimately working with clients and guiding them through their entire project—from start to finish—ensuring a gratifying experience for all involved.
Co-Owner + Contractor
Brian Fitzgerald
Brian Fitzgerald, Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Nicoletta + Co., is a state-licensed contractor and construction specialist.
Born in Naples and raised in Bonita Springs, Florida, Brian attended Middle Tennessee State University on a football scholarship, where he studied construction management. His entrepreneurial spirit and love for his home state led him to co-found FloGrown, a highly successful clothing company.
With a true passion for construction, Brian returned to the building industry, managing projects for some of Southwest Florida's top companies, including Stock Development and DeAngelis Diamond. Over his career, he has built projects totaling over $100 million.
As the "boots-on-the-ground" member of the team, Brian takes pride in bringing Nicole's designs and visions to life for their clients.
