Project Spotlight: Bella Lago Whole Home Remodel

We believe every home should be a reflection of the people who live in it. Our Bella Lago project is the perfect example—a full-scale, first-floor transformation where form meets function and every space is reimagined with intention.

The Vision

This whole home remodel started with a blank slate—literally. We gutted the entire first floor to create an open, flowing layout that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

What We're Transforming:

Main Living Space: Anchored by a striking floor-to-ceiling fireplace, this area will become the true heart of the home—warm, inviting, and made for gathering.
Den / Dining Area: We’re converting this underutilized space into a flexible guest retreat. By removing walls and closets, we’re creating a multi-use room that functions beautifully as a guest bedroom or flex space depending on the day.
Laundry Room: A full revamp and relocation is in progress to improve workflow, storage, and overall usability.
Kitchen: This one’s a showstopper. We’re designing a chef-inspired kitchen complete with a statement island that seats 8—perfect for entertaining, family meals, and everything in between.
Master Suite: Our favorite space to date. The master bedroom and bath are being completely reimagined. The bathroom design is rooted in a theme of women’s empowerment, brought to life with bold choices like blush pink tones, custom details, and spa-like finishes. It's feminine, powerful, and unlike anything we’ve done before.

This remodel is still underway, but the vision is clear: a sophisticated, livable home that balances beauty with real-life functionality. We can't wait to share the final reveal.
