This kitchen renovation completely transformed the heart of the home. By removing walls and reconfiguring the layout, we were able to open the floor plan and create a brighter, more connected living space.
The new kitchen features a striking two toned design with navy and gray cabinetry, paired with beautiful porcelain wood plank tile that flows throughout the space. Fresh paint and updated finishes helped bring everything together, creating a modern coastal look that feels both inviting and functional. To support the new layout, our team poured new concrete and foundation work to properly expand the footprint and allow for a seamless open concept kitchen and living area. The transformation not only improved the look of the home but also created a larger, more welcoming space for everyday living and entertaining.
Next up, construction will begin on the new outdoor living area and pool to extend this home’s living space even further.

This master bathroom renovation on Country Club Drive is truly a showstopper. Designed to feel calm, open, and elevated, the space centers around a beautiful freestanding tub that creates the perfect modern garden tub moment. Soft natural tones, clean lines, and thoughtful finishes bring a fresh, spa-like feel to the room while still feeling warm and inviting.
The layout was carefully designed to give the tub its own statement space, allowing natural light and surrounding textures to highlight the sculptural shape. Paired with updated flooring, modern fixtures, and elegant materials, the entire bathroom now feels luxurious, functional, and timeless.
